Design Explanation​
Flourish is a great tool when it comes to displaying data. Everything is customizable, from choosing the method of displaying the data to the different color schemes. For all of my infographics, I always made sure that either the colors related to the article or were aesthetically pleasing and had high amounts of contrast from one another. I also always ensured that displaying the data was done in a practical and easily understandable way for the reader.

Knight Lab Story Map
Through Knight Lab Story Map, I was able to create a journey for my readers, bringing them all around the Bay Area or the world with the help of my article.
Design Explanation​
Knight Lab Story Map is a great way to show the locations of different events or traditions. Customizing a story map can be difficult, but changing the pin to be different objects related to the article is a nice touch. Some of my favorites have been when I changed the pin to a dragon for my article on the Lunar New Year and to a gift box for my article on a local toy drive.
Knight Lab Timeline
With the help of Knight Lab Timeline, I was able to immerse my readers in the history of different events, sharing with them culture and tradition.
Design Explanation​
Knight Lab Timeline is a great tool to share information about the history of a certain event, place, or holiday. This tool will bring to light the different backgrounds of various events that people might not know, and for me, I used Knight Lab Timeline to share information that would have otherwise been written in paragraph form in a more fun and engaging way.
